LNA Nomenclature Converter

This tool can be used to convert old Exiqon nomenclature to new nomenclature for DNA and LNA. Thus, lowercase (DNA) is converted to uppercase, and uppercase (LNA) to combined + and uppercase. Example: cTgAcCgtAtgGtcTaTa (old format) is converted to C+TG+AC+CGT+ATG+GTC+TA+TA.
